Who We Are

The Drama Patrol CIC is an educational theatre company specialising in Theatre in Education, providing curriculum-linked performances and creative learning experiences for primary schools across Kent and the surrounding areas. Our programmes include History Days, EYFS experiences, PPA programmes, Shakespeare performances, school pantomimes and curriculum resources, all designed to bring learning to life through engaging, accessible and memorable experiences while making teachers' lives easier. As a Community Interest Company (CIC), we are committed to making high-quality educational theatre accessible to as many children as possible.

PPA Programmes

A Midsummer Night's Dream Shakespeare drama workshop with pupils

Six-week drama programmes delivered in your school by experienced facilitators, tailored to EYFS through UKS2.

Themes include Transition, Anti-Bullying, Belonging and Well-Being through curriculum-linked drama. Pupils build oracy, confidence and teamwork — with progress tracked so schools can evidence impact.

History Days

Immersive history experiences combining Theatre in Education performances with interactive drama workshops.

Travel back to Ancient Greece, Hadrian's Wall, Viking longboats or our Museum of Egyptology. Each day combines a performance with interactive workshops, plus follow-up lesson plans with minimal prep for teachers.

EYFS Experiences

Where's My Bunny? EYFS theatre experience with The Drama Patrol

Gentle, engaging introductions to live theatre designed specifically for Early Years audiences.

Half or full-day sessions including 'Where's My Bunny?', 'Search For Santa' and 'Trip to the Beach'. Interactive, carefully paced performances that encourage imagination, communication and confidence.

Sleeping Beauty pantomime performance in a primary school

An hour of songs, silliness and adventure — classic pantomime fun designed for primary schools.

Join our team of three performers for an hour of laughter, audience interaction and classic panto fun in your school hall — with follow-up activity worksheets included.

Experience

The Drama Patrol has been created by a team with a combined 80 years of experience delivering theatre and creative learning experiences in primary schools across the UK. Our facilitators and performers understand the realities of school life and are experienced in creating engaging, accessible sessions that work within busy school environments. From touring productions and curriculum workshops to SEND-friendly performances and educational resources, our work is designed specifically for schools, teachers and young audiences.
